Return policy We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscribing to LeadSender. Within 14 days from the moment you pay for the Service, you have the right to request a refund from LeadSender for the remainder of your funds that were not used during this service usage period. In the case of annual tariffs, we commit to returning a portion of the amount you paid for the tariff, proportionate to the unused time remaining after requesting a refund. You must specify the reason for the refund in your request.

The request processing period is 7-10 days from the date of the request submission.

Bonus funds, extra days granted through promotions, are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Refunds are processed using the same method as the purchase. We always refund funds in the same payment method through which we received the funds from you. For example, if you paid for the service with a VISA/MASTERCARD card, the refund is processed by canceling the transaction (refund), and as a result, the refund can only be made to your VISA/MASTERCARD card.
