The Operator collects, stores, processes, uses, and disseminates information for the purpose of providing users with the necessary services. This Privacy Policy defines the fundamental principles regarding the sources, use, and dissemination of the collected information.

The Operator's collection of information transmitted by users when accepting the public offer of the Rights Holder for the conclusion of a licensing agreement for software, as well as when agreeing to the transfer of personal data from the Operator's resources for the purpose of using the service and receiving additional information. The Operator guarantees that the provided personal information is not shared with third parties and is not disclosed without the user's consent. The Operator takes all necessary organizational and technical measures, including cryptographic means (encryption), to protect users' personal data from unauthorized or accidental access by third parties, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, or other unlawful actions. The Operator guarantees users the confidentiality of the collected statistics of their campaigns. Access to the original statistics and individual reports of service users will not be granted to any third party, except with the user's consent. The Operator guarantees that it does not alter the statistics, reports, or research obtained by users as a result of using the service. The Operator reserves the right to aggregate, group, and systematize raw statistical data and use aggregated statistical data to create reports, conduct research, develop tools, and provide services to users. Aggregated data cannot be used to identify specific users without their consent. The collected data and obtained information may be stored by the Operator indefinitely. The Operator guarantees the confidentiality of the financial data entrusted to the Operator by service users. Financial data may not be transferred to third parties and is only used for the purposes of providing the service in accordance with the service rules and the user agreement.

We use the WhatsApp Business API to provide messaging services. In the course of delivering these services, we may collect and process the following data:

- The user's name and phone number;
- Messages sent via WhatsApp;
- Metadata (such as timestamps, IP address, browser, and device information).

Purposes of Data Processing
The collected data is used exclusively for:
